Becoming a GesherEU Trustee

GesherEU is growing – and we need your help to do it.
We’re keen to recruit new trustees who can bring fresh ideas and energy to our Board. We’re looking for people with a variety of backgrounds and experience.

If you want to know if you’ll be a good fit, please first read this website and ask yourself if you’d  be happy working to build a community that gives its members a voice and choice over all aspects of their lives. 

At GesherEU, we are non-judgemental. Our members are free to practice their Judaism or to become secular  – or anything in between. We’re here to enable people to live healthy, fun, worthwhile lives of their own choosing.

Although we’re not primarily a campaigning charity, we believe our members should have their voices heard, and we help them to speak out. If you’re considering becoming a trustee, you should be comfortable with helping our members express themselves on issues such as the lack of education in the Charedi community, and coerced marriage.
